"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from reluxshop.com the shipping was solid. I got the tracking info the next day, and the package showed up in good condition. It wasn’t like overnight-fast or anything, but it definitely arrived sooner than I thought it would, so no complaints from me

I bought it from reluxshop.com i was mainly paying attention to the condition before ordering. When it arrived, it looked just like they described. The small marks were already clear in the photos, so there were no annoying surprises. Felt straightforward and honest. I’d shop there again

When the box showed up a bit dented, I was kind of annoyed and worried the item might be damaged. But after opening it, I felt relieved because everything inside was totally fine. The packaging wasn’t anything special, but it did the job in the end.

"Super easy to shop on"

"The communication was okay, but the..."
The communication was okay, but the tracking didn’t really update much, so I ended up having to ask twice to find out what was going on. The order did arrive in the end, which I’m glad about, but it was a bit more stressful than it needed to be. Compared with some other companies I’ve ordered from, the tracking here felt less clear and not as reliable.
